In the left navigation pane, select Applications. Alternatively, you can select View Applications tile on the Dashboard.
Select the application you want to configure.
Navigate to the Branding & customization tile and click View & Update.
To configure branding:
Go to the Branding section and configure the following fields:
UI Experience Template: Select the UI template from the dropdown menu to configure the appearance of the sign-in screen.
UI template: Select UNIFIED from the dropdown menu.
Theme: HSID.
Content source: By default, all custom content is sourced from AEM.
Application logo: Click Select file or drag a logo into the upload area. Use the file formats: .png, .jpeg, .gif, .svg and keep the file size under 1 MB.
Note: If you do not provide a logo, the application will display the tenant’s logo by default.
To configure banner message on the sign-in screen, enter a message in the provided text editor.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Use the banner message to display a persistent message, such as scheduled maintenance or a welcome message, at the top of the application’s sign-in screen.
To configure alert message (Pop-up notification),
Alert header: Add a short, descriptive title such as “Important Update” or “Action Required”.
Alert message: Use the rich text editor to write the full message.
Note: Use alert messages to notify users of critical issues or policy reminders. The platform displays these messages as a pop-up after the user lands on the sign-in page.
Click Save to apply changes.
For OHID applications:
Steps
1. In the left navigation pane, select Applications. Alternatively, you can select View Applications tile on the Dashboard.
2. Select the application you want to configure.
3. Navigate to the Branding & customization tile and click View & Update.
To configure branding:
Select Theme > Custom to upload a stylesheet for your application.
To upload a custom theme:
Click download sample CSS template to review the structure.
Click Select file or drag your .css file into the custom theme box.
Note: Ensure the file is under 1 MB and uses the .css extension.
Application Logo: Click Select File or drag a logo into the upload area. Use the file formats: .png, .jpeg, .gif, .svg and keep the file size under 1 MB.
Note: If you do not provide a logo, the application will display the tenant’s logo by default.
Use the toggles to control what users see on the sign-in page:
Show create account on sign-in screen: Displays a button for user self-registration.
Show manage account on sign-in screen: Provides a link for users to update their account or credentials.
Show activation button or link in the email: Adds an activation link to onboarding while sending user invitations via email.
Note: Each toggle defaults to “Enabled”. You can disable options to align with your access policy.
4. To configure banner message on the sign-in screen, enter a message in the provided text editor.
